Meditative Messages is designed to provide insight about daily living and evoke thoughts of introspection through various art forms and media. While art and media can be fun and interesting, they also have the potential to influence our behavior, thoughts, and actions. The purpose of Meditative Messages will be to explore how the messages that we receive through these art forms (e.g., poetry, music, paintings, etc.) and media (ex. Commercials) impact our Emotional Health and Wellness.
